Hotel staff were excellent. My flight came in early. I had been up since 3am (coming from CT). They allowed me to check in early without hesitation (HUGE plus)! Everyone was friendly, accommodating & helpful. The restaurant and staff were great (had lunch & cocktails). Room was clean, bed was perfect for my bad back with plenty of pillows, and it was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

Second visit in the space of a few days. Again the staff were excellent - for example made a minor error during check-in (not a problem) but provided a $10 food/beverage voucher. Always greeted when we returned to the hotel. The room was better than for the previous visit. More up-to-date, heating quieter and carpet cleaner.

Great location. You also have some great staff. Brooklyn and Eldra at the front desk were outstanding. When our first room assignment was not what we wanted, Brooklyn got us another room. Both were also very helpful on checkout day. In EastTown we had great service from Joe and Kayla. Good atmosphere and friendly vibe.

Excellent location - near the Historic 3rd Ward and right next to the HOP tram stop. Great and helpful staff - valet parking and front desk. Room was comfortable - bottles of water provided. We opted for no housekeeping and received additional points. Elevator secured by the room key.

The rooms are big and comfortable, the location is great for a quick walk to markets, restaurants and the Baird Center. Staff were super friendly and we had access to the executive lounge which was nice!
